Plans
You can get a full refund of your first payment for a plan (3 months, Yearly or Lifetime) within 14 days of buying it. Your access to the paid prompts ends when the refund is made.
Renewal payments are not refunded, so cancel before the next renewal date if you don't want to continue.
Single prompts
You get the full text of a prompt as soon as you pay, so single prompts are not refunded because you changed your mind. If a prompt doesn't work and we can't fix it for you, we refund it in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@gmotion.space from the address on your account and tell us what you bought. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future payments. Open your dashboard and choose Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
